Tonya D. Harrison
Tonya D. Harrison spent years on the inside of corporate, building the operational systems and leading the teams that large institutions depended on to function.
Before founding Cignal Partners, she revitalized underperforming teams, built operational systems from scratch, and learned exactly what it takes to make an organization run well. Although she was good at it, she kept noticing that the founders and small business owners who needed those skills most were rarely getting access to them.
So she built Cignal Partners to close that gap.
Today, Tonya works with solopreneurs, small team leaders, and growing businesses who are brilliant at what they do but drowning in how they do it. She brings the rigor of enterprise systems thinking to businesses where it has historically been out of reach, whether that's through her signature programs, fractional COO services, or hands-on operations consulting.
