Terms of Service

By using cignalpartners.com or accessing any Cignal Partners program, course, or resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cignal Partners, LLC. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members, and all other users of the site and services.

Cignal Partners, LLC is an operations consulting and leadership development company founded by Tonya D. Harrison. We offer programs, courses, digital resources, and educational content designed to help solopreneurs and small, growing teams bridge the gap between operations and leadership. The scope of services is limited to those listed on cignalpartners.com. We reserve the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to those listed without prior notice. Nothing provided by Cignal Partners, LLC constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

To access or use our site and services, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the site.

3. Account Creation

Certain programs require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information at all times. Your account is for your individual use only and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Programs, Courses, and Digital Products

Our programs and digital products are delivered through our program portal and/or via email. Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions at the email address provided at checkout. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your login credentials or access to others.

5. Membership and Subscription Programs

Where Cignal Partners offers a membership or subscription-based program, the following terms apply in addition to those above.

• Monthly subscriptions provide 30 days of access from the date of payment. Failure to complete a monthly payment will result in access being suspended.
• Annual subscriptions provide 365 days of access. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time, and access continues through the end of the current paid term.
• Lifetime access is granted for the lifetime of the applicable program. If Cignal Partners, LLC dissolves or ceases to operate, lifetime access terminates.

Cignal Partners, LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify membership programs, with or without prior notice, while fulfilling obligations to current paid members.

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Cignal Partners, LLC to charge the payment method provided for the full amount listed at checkout. For payment plans, you agree to all installments as outlined at the time of purchase. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and access may be revoked for non-payment. No order is deemed accepted until payment has been processed.

7. Order Confirmation

We will email you to confirm your order with details about product delivery and account access. If there is an error in your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible at info@cignalpartners.com.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the immediately accessible, digital nature of our programs and resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via your account page. No refund is issued for the current billing period, and access continues through the end of that period.

For annual subscriptions, no partial refunds are given for early cancellation. Access continues through the end of the contracted annual term.

It is your responsibility to cancel your account or subscription before your next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased program, contact us at info@cignalpartners.com within 7 days of purchase.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity without obligation to assign a reason. We also reserve the right to remove accounts held by individuals representing companies that offer a directly competing service.

10. Lawful Use

You may use our site and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to post or transmit any material that violates the rights of others, is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense or civil liability.

All content within our programs, courses, website, and resources — including text, frameworks, worksheets, templates, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of Cignal Partners, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, single-user license to use our materials for your own business development. You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, distribute, or otherwise exploit our content in any format without prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from a program, without refund, if you are found in violation of this policy.

We claim no intellectual property rights over materials you submit to us. You retain all copyright and rights you hold in content you submit through the site or service. By posting or submitting material to any Cignal Partners platform or community, you grant Cignal Partners, LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use that material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

Cignal Partners, LLC may, at its discretion, provide access to a community platform or social media group as part of a program. Access to any such community is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to limit or revoke community access for misconduct, and are not required to provide prior notice before taking action to protect the integrity of our brand and community.

No waiver of any provision shall constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver is binding unless executed in writing by Cignal Partners, LLC.
