Although we configure the software, you are still responsible for the work. You will create your SOPs, track your KPIs, set your goals and so forth. I will provide templates, guidance and serve as an accountability advisor.
It is recommended that you allocate a minimum of five (5) hours per week to work on assignments and review program materials.
This program is great for business owners that want 1:1 support, want to learn to understand their analytics to make better decisions and are ready to run their business more efficiently.
Yes, if you already have a team, this program will be beneficial. You are also allowed to include one team member during the system training sessions.
